The Placer Farm & Barn Tour celebrates Placer County’s agricultural heritage and the family farms that feed us. Every year this tour brings more and more families and people of all ages out to the beautiful Placer County countryside for a fun filled learning experience. It is a self guided tour so you can move along at your own pace. Each of the sites is different and worthy of its own full day of exploration but that is up to you.

Tickets are $10 for adults. Children and students are free.

The purpose of the Placer Farm & Barn Tour is:

• To connect area residents with local farmers
• To educate the non-agricultural public about local agriculture
• To make Placer County an agricultural tourism destination
• To build a philosophically & economically active support base for Placer County agriculture
